Polyworld’s material handling solutions offer many advantages over similar stainless steel alternatives. Our large and ever growing range of products are lighter and more economically viable. In addition, they are made from fully recyclable material. Polyethylene uses less than 10% of the energy that is required for it to be recycled, when compared with stainless steel making its production exceptionally energy efficient. Polyethylene can be recycled at approximately 260 degrees, compared with stainless steel, for example, which requires approximately 2,600 degrees to achieve a similar result.
Recycling
We have our own recycling facilities on site. Recycled material is fully tested for required properties and strict adherence to national standards. Suitable material can be fully recycled over and over again and manufactured into new products with minimal environmental impact.
